If you finance or lease a new Cadillac at lease end, you may be eligible for a partial waiver of up to $500 for excess wear charges when your remaining balance is paid in full.

If you finance or lease a new Cadillac at lease end, or exercise the purchase option of your lease agreement, you may be eligible for your disposition fee to be waived, along with a partial waiver of excess wear fees. To take advantage of this offer, contact the Cadillac Financial Concierge Team upon receipt of your lease-end invoice. Please have your new VIN available.

Extend Your Lease

Waiting on a custom-order vehicle? Cadillac Financial offers a one-month automatic lease extension 11 days after your contract term date if you do not return your leased vehicle. We will notify you through email or mail that you have received the extension.

Your originating Cadillac dealer is best qualified to assist you with the lease-end process. If you’ve moved a significant distance since you leased your Cadillac, or you would like to turn in your vehicle at another Cadillac dealership, please contact Cadillac Financial at 1-877-223-5893 or 1-877-2CF-LUXE.

Message your Cadillac Financial Concierge Team in the Cadillac Financial mobile app or by logging in to MyAccount to obtain a purchase option price. You can also contact your Concierge Team at 1-877-223-5893 or 1-877-2CF-LUXE. Please have your account number, Social Security number or vehicle identification number (VIN) available to help us quickly locate your account. You can also contact your originating Cadillac dealer for assistance. We currently do not process lease purchase requests through non-Cadillac dealerships.

If you exercise the purchase option of your lease agreement, you may be eligible for your disposition fee to be waived, along with a partial waiver of excess wear charges. To take advantage of this offer, contact the Cadillac Financial Concierge Team upon receipt of your lease-end invoice.

There may be several options available to return your Cadillac early. Contact your originating Cadillac dealership for details or call Cadillac Financial at 1-877-223-5893 or 1-877-2CF-LUXE.

  • You will receive a one-month automatic lease extension 11 days after your contract term date if you do not return your leased vehicle. This will happen regardless of the reason the vehicle hasn’t been returned. We will notify you through email or mail that you have received the extension.
  • The extension doesn’t increase the mileage in your original contract. Any mileage incurred in excess of the amount allowed in your original lease contract term will be billed at the rate per mile listed in your agreement. However, if you lease or purchase a new Cadillac at lease end, you may be eligible to receive an additional monthly mileage allowance equivalent to the terms of the original lease agreement should you exceed your contract mileage.
  • We will continue to automatically process lease extensions in one-month increments, up to six months from your original maturity date. You will receive emailed or mailed confirmation the extension has processed on a monthly basis.
  • You must continue to make your regular monthly payment during the month(s) extended.

*This Loyalty Program offer is only available to customers who received a lease term extension and terminated their lease after Feb. 1, 2021. This program is subject to change; Cadillac Financial may terminate this Loyalty Program without notice at any time.

The lease check-in process is a convenient way to return your leased Cadillac to your local Cadillac dealership. You’ll sign and receive a Vehicle Check-In Receipt and Odometer Statement to confirm you’ve returned your vehicle. This process is required by federal and some state law when vehicle ownership changes.

Potential charges

If you believe you have excess wear on your Cadillac, you can schedule a complimentary pre-return inspection with AutoVIN, our third-party service. This optional service can identify the areas that need extra attention before returning your Cadillac. All you need is your VIN and Cadillac Financial account number to schedule an appointment. For your convenience, the inspection has a four-hour window and can be completed at your home, office or preferred Cadillac dealership.

If you buy or lease a new Cadillac when turning in your Cadillac lease, you may be eligible to receive a partial waiver, up to $500, on excess wear charges.

If you have excess wear charges and you’re a My Cadillac Rewards member, you can use those points toward eligible charges like excess wear or mileage. Log in to MyAccount and click “Pay with Points.”

You are responsible for any applicable tolls, tickets, property taxes or fees assessed during your lease contract. The initial bill will go to Cadillac Financial. Then, charges will be added to your monthly billing statement with a copy of the original bill. If you don’t receive a monthly billing statement, you’ll receive an off-cycle bill for the applicable fees. This bill may be sent after your lease has ended.

A disposition fee is a flat-rate fee that is charged to Cadillac Financial lessees after a Cadillac is returned. The disposition fee covers the cost of preparing the vehicle for resale at auction and is outlined in the lease agreement.

Cadillac will waive the disposition fee if you stay in the Cadillac/GM family by buying or leasing another new Cadillac at the end of your lease, or if you choose to purchase your current lease. Managing your account

Messaging is a convenient online connection to our Lease-End Experience team. You can initiate a messaging session by logging in to the Cadillac Financial MyAccount mobile app for Android and iOS, or by clicking the option in MyAccount online.

During business hours, you’ll be connected to someone who can assist with finding the information you need. At the end of your session, a transcript of your conversation will be saved for 13 months in MyAccount.

Go to cadillacfinancial.com/MyAccount or the Cadillac Financial mobile app for Android and iOS and select “Register Now.” You will need your Cadillac Financial account number, which can be found on your welcome packet or billing statement, as well as the last four digits of your Social Security number.

While your username (email) is not case-sensitive, your password must be entered exactly as you initially created it.

  • MyAccountPay online or on the Cadillac Financial MyAccount mobile app for Android and iOS. Paying online with a bank account is free, but debit payments may have a fee. You can also set up recurring payments in MyAccount.
  • Phone:

You have two options to set up monthly payments. You can set up automatic monthly payments online by logging in to cadillacfinancial.com/MyAccount or use the Cadillac Financial mobile app. 

Once you sign up, automatic payments go into effect immediately, but may take up to two business days to post to your account. Recurring payments can be changed or canceled any time through MyAccount.

Customers also have the option to sign up for auto pay by mail. The auto-pay-by-mail enrollment process takes approximately one billing cycle to complete. Visit our payment options page to learn how to sign up.

Log in to cadillacfinancial.com/MyAccount or use the Cadillac Financial mobile app for Android and iOS to update your profile settings and select paperless billing. After updating your preferences, you will be notified when your billing statement is available online.
