Cadillac Financial was created to deliver a premier experience to its luxury customers with the next-level service they deserve as part of the Cadillac family.
Eligible Cadillac customers will have access to the new advantages of Cadillac Financial. New clients will simply create a MyAccount, and GM Financial customers who are eligible can sign in to the Cadillac Financial MyAccount using their current credentials.
Current GM Financial customers will be able to use their current login and password to access Cadillac Financial MyAccount once the site launches in May. Keep an eye on your email for messaging from our Cadillac Financial team. New customers will receive directions on how to access MyAccount and benefits in their welcome letter and billing statement.
Yes, it’s your choice. Your username and password will work for both accounts. If you have an existing GM Financial MyAccount, your preferences will transfer to Cadillac Financial.

Do I need to download the Cadillac Financial mobile app if I already have the GM Financial Mobile app? Are there advantages?
Yes. To take full advantage of your new benefits, we recommend you download the Cadillac Financial mobile app in the App Store ™ or Google Play ™ store. If you sign up for My Cadillac Rewards, you earn points by downloading the mobile app and enrolling in paperless billing.
If I have other vehicle accounts that aren’t Cadillac, can I manage them all through Cadillac Financial?
Yes, you will be able to access your accounts through both Cadillac Financial and GM Financial.
No, it’s your choice. You will still be able to access your account on the GM Financial site.
All Cadillac lessees originating from a Cadillac dealership should have access to Cadillac Financial. If you financed, your Cadillac must be new or certified pre-owned from a Cadillac dealership. Connect with our dedicated Concierge Team if you are having issues accessing your account.

You can opt out of marketing emails by visiting the preference center in MyAccount. Opting out of Cadillac Financial marketing emails will also include GM Financial marketing emails.

2 In a calendar year, Silver Members are eligible to redeem up to $175 in points; Gold Members are eligible to redeem up to $200 in points; and Platinum Members are eligible to redeem up to $225 in points.
